Eligibility Criteria:

Clemson University offers a wide variety of courses for its students. Here are the eligibility requirements to apply for the desired course to study at Clemson University:

For Undergraduate:

High School Performance (Class Standing and GPA): A candidate’s High School Performance is the most important eligibility to be considered for admission to an undergraduate course. GPA and Class Rank took by the candidate will also be considered.

Standardized Test Scores (SAT or ACT): Submit standardized test scores to be considered for admission to Clemson University.

English Language Proficiency:

  • TOEFL (Internet-based): 80 or higher
  • IELTS: 6.5 or higher (minimum 6.0 in each sub-score)
  • English Composition I and II from an accredited US college or university Grade B or higher
  • DuoLingo: 105 or higher

For Post Graduate:

Valid Academic Qualification: The candidate must be possessed with a Bachelor’s degree from an approved institution or an equivalent degree from an institution outside the US for admission to the postgraduate course. The additional degree depends on the choice of program.

Test Scores:

  • GRE: The Educational Testing Service will send the GRE scores officially.
  • GMAT: Department might feel the requirement for GMAT scores.
  • MAT: MAT scores might be required in place of GRE for MAT in Secondary Education and MAT in Middle-Level Education only.
